shipper was unpleasant to deal with

The product is not the issue but the shipping company used to deliver our vanities. The woman I spoke to at the warehouse was very rude and the delivery men were also inconsiderate. They claimed they couldn't get down our street and therefore did not deliver the items when indicated. My husband had to come home from work to meet them to find they decided to turn around and go elsewhere.

Considering the cost of these items I would have expected much more courteous service from the shipper. Allied Trade Group should expect excellent customer service standards of their vendors, and the shipper they utilize should be no exception.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
